Your privacy and control over your data are paramount to us at San Fernando's. This guide will help you delete your San Fernando's account and all associated data permanently through our mobile app.
How to Request Account Deletion through the Mobile App
- Log In to the Mobile App: Open the San Fernando's mobile app on your device and log in to your account.
- Navigate to Your Profile: Tap on the profile icon, usually found at the bottom right corner of the screen or through the main menu, to access your account details.
- Request Account Deletion: Look for an option titled 'Delete Your Account'. Select it to initiate the deletion process.
- Understand the Consequences: Be aware that deleting your account is permanent. You will lose access to all San Fernando's services, including purchased items, subscriptions, and any saved data. This action cannot be undone.
- Confirm Your Request: Follow the prompts to confirm your account deletion.
What Happens Next?
? Confirmation: After you confirm the deletion, you will receive a confirmation message within the app acknowledging your request. From this point, you will no longer be able to access any San Fernando's services with this account.
